IF YOU HAVE FOOD AT YOUR BOOTH

You must first fill out the vendor application, then you must fil out the Food Vendor Request form for Expo Idaho, if your food is not concessions (not intended to be consumed onsite) add that info in the notes section.

IF YOU HAVE A RAFFLE

Notate it in the notes on your form, and there may be an additional form you will need to fill out.
