If camping onsite you will be held accountable to the code of conduct for your overnight stay as well as during the time of the event.
Do not submit an application for one with a request that it be copied for the others. If you do this it WILL NOT BE HONORED and you will not be accepted into the other events unless submitting an application for the other events as well.
Waitlists can be set based off of how many of one type of vendor has applied, or how many vendors total have applied. If we reach a level of vendor saturation before the cutoff date listed on this website all received applications will be added to a waitlist. If a spot becomes available during a saturation waitlist the following considerations will be taken into account before removing them from the waitlist: the Size of the Booth. Does the product add to the atmosphere or theme of the event? How many other vendors are selling this or a similar product? Is the booth going to be period appropriate in decoration? And lastly who applied first?
We use Discord for the mass dissemination of information to our vendors and entertainers. There is a separate Discord Server for each category. Email processing servers will pre-emptively block the sending of mass emails over a certain size, and where our events hold 100+ vendors the global filters prevent us from using that option.
The Discord is also a great place to collaborate with others and discuss with the Ren Faire team about different things in a space that is more easily monitored than email. The Code of Conduct is applicable for all interactions on the Discord Channel as well as during the event.

As a vendor you are required to abide by the Code of Conduct . Certain Aspects of the Code of Conduct are Site Specific (alcohol and tobacco as examples) others are more widespread. The good neighbor policy is applicable in all forms of communication where the event, or Idaho Renaissance Faire INC is mentioned. The Policy on Politics and Religion apply as well to all online spaces moderated by Idaho renaissance Faire INC.
If camping onsite the Code of Conduct shall be adhered to at all times.
The event venues that we use have strict no pet policies. As such we require that the only animals allowed on the site are those that are specifically working. The code of conduct outlines the ADA requirements regarding service animals, and that is what we will be following. Certain exceptions are made for animals who are performing, such as the horses for Jousting, but all animals allowed are working animals. Emotional Support animals are not included in this category.
Please be aware that submitting an application does not guarantee you a spot at our events. Acceptance is based on many criteria, and oftentimes that criteria will change based on the event itself.
When you are sent your invoice there will be a due date. Anything not paid by that due date will be charged a 25% late fee. Additionally, once an invoice has been paid, it cannot be returned to you. IRFI has a NO REFUND policy.
