Idaho Renaissance Faire Sponsorship Options

· Please note that these sponsorship options are all in the spirit of us helping each other grow and if you do not wish to receive any part of your sponsorship level perks, you do not have to have them.

· This list will be updated every two years, and this means that not all of these sponsorship levels and correlating perks will be the same as time goes on.

· If you do not see an option that you like or you would like to do more, all sponsorship opportunities can be customized to fit your needs. Please reach out to Humanresoureces@idahorenfair.org to talk about these possibilities.

Monetary sponsorship:

1. $300: advertised on website, social media, and mentioned in videos and other media.

2. $500: a 10X10 booth at any 1 event for 4 individuals in addition to all perks of the previous level

3. $1000: A 10x10 booth at all events for the year for 4 individuals. A banner at all events. A Plaque for display as a friend of Idaho Renaissance Faire Inc. In addition to all previous level perks.

4. $2500: A booth of any size (To be determined by donating party and Ren Fair board). for the entire year for 4 individuals and an interview for the YouTube channel in addition to all previous level perks.

5. $5000: Fed, watered, and camped next to any encampment of your choice for all events for the year for 4 individuals in addition to all previous level perks.

School sponsorship: All school sponsorships are working in conjunction with the Idaho Renaissance Faire Inc. (hereto after known as IRFI) to better the selected school and their arts/theater/music department. Please specify which of these three departments you want your donation made to.

1. $500 donations to the arts/theater/music department with a matching $500 donation from the IRFI.

2. $1000 donation to the arts/theater/music department, a partnering $500 donation by IRFI and 4 tickets to any 1 IRFI event of your choice

3. $2000 Donation to the arts/theater/music department, a partnering $500 donation by IRFI, 4 tickets for all events put on by IRFI and a gratitude plaque for display at your home or office.

4. $3000 Donation to the arts/theater/music Department, a partnering $500 donation by IRFI, a 10x10 at any 1 event next to the main encampment and 4 tickets for all events for the year, interview for the YouTube channel and gratitude plaque for display at your home or office.

5. $4000 Donation to the arts/theater/music department, a partnering $500 donation by IRFI, a 10x10 space at all events next to any encampment of your choosing complete with food and beverage for 4 people, a gratitude plaque for display at your home or office, and an interview for the YouTube channel.

Entertainment sponsorship: If you do not have an entertainer or entertaining group in mind that you would like to sponsor, please ask to see a list of entertainers.

1. $500- Choose a single performer for a single weekend event with your name on display at all performances done by the performer announcing who made it possible to have that performer at our event.

2. $1000- small group performance for a single weekend event or two individual performers, your name displayed at all performances done by the performers and on social media sites as the official sponsor for the performer/ performers.

3. $2000- small group performance for a single weekend event, your name displayed at the performance’s, designated front row seats at all performances, your name displayed on all social media sites as the official sponsor for the group.

4. $3000-Large group performance for a single weekend event, your name displayed at the performance, designated front row seats, a 10x10 encampment for 4 people next to the group, your name displayed on all social media sites as the official sponsor for the group.

5. $4000-Large group performance for a single weekend event, your name displayed at all group performance’s, designated front row seats, a 10x10 encampment for 4 people next to the group, your name displayed on all social media sites as the official sponsor for the group. An interview with yourself and the group for the YouTube page and a friend of the Renaissance Faire plaque for your home or office.

6. $5000- Large group performance for a single weekend event. Name prominently displayed at groups locations and performance's, the opportunity to make announcements for the group and act as host for the group with 10x10 camp for 4 people next to the group complete with food and beverage, an interview for the YouTube channel with yourself and the group, listed on all social media platforms as the official sponsor for the group, a friends of the Renaissance Faire plaque for your home or office

Hard Site sponsorship:

1. $100- small brick for the hard site and your name or business added to an official list on our website declaring your support of the hard site.

2. $500- Large brick with name etched into the brick

3. $1000- Simple Landscape feature with rock/plaque saying where it came from: (bench’s, grass, small shrubbery, etc.)

4. $5000- Complex Landscape feature with name on rock/plaque saying where it came from: (Tree’s, fountains, outdoor lights, etc.)
