The big day may have come and gone, but applications will soon be open for our next event!
Beltane Fantasy Festival is a spring festival Themed as a celebration of the Cryptids, Faeries, and other mythological creatures found in the deep forests around the world.
Last year we saw over 5 thousand attendants and 120 vendors.
In order to access the application, you must proceed through the information documents first. Please read through all pertinent information as it will include various requirements and terms of service that you will be held to.
The following vendor types have been filled, amd we will not be accepting any more vendors of these types for the 2025 Beltane Fantasy Festival:
3d printers
Dice
Gaming accessories
Jewelry
Other vendor types will be accepted on an originality basis. If you have something unique to you, send us a picture to ensure your spot.
