Important Information

All check-in times are before the day of the event

We do not have the time on the day of the event to be finding booth locations and setting people up. Your check in times will be on Friday for most people, and Thursday for a select few. If all you can do is bring your tent and place it where it belongs on Friday that is ok, but NO vehicles other than food trucks will be allowed to drive onto the field the day of the event.

Food trucks

Food trucks are still required to have a representative show up on Friday to get the vendor passes and at the least see where they will be placed. additionally on the day of the event access gates for food trucks will be closed at 8:30 AM if you are not there by 8:30 AM they will not be opened again, and you will not be allowed onto the site. Food trucks are not allowed be removed from the site until after the event closes (7:00 PM on Saturday, 5:00 PM on Sunday) and all patrons are off the field. Plan to be there until at least a half hour after close of day.

Wandering Vendors

If you are a wandering vendor your check-in time is at 5:00 PM Friday night. This way you can get your vendor pass and see what the setup looks like.

Check-in etiquette

You are given a 1 hour window to check in. It is expected that your check-in will include a 30 minute time frame to unload your vehicle and remove it from the grass. We have a lot of vendors, and vehicle bog has become an increasing issue. If you have a larger setup, please at least unload the vehicle so we can keep traffic moving. We have until 9:00 PM to get vendors set up and off the field before they close the gates on us. If you need to finish setting up Saturday morning that is fine, but make sure that your booth/tent/etc is in place before leaving for the night.
