All vendors selling food/drink are required to have a one million dollar Insurance policy naming Idaho Renaissance Faire INC, and the event venue as additional insured.
Fire Performers are required to provide a one million dollar general liability policy naming Idaho Renaissance Faire INC, and the event venue as additional insured. Additional Documents will be required as stated in the safety page.
Vendors with Fire Demonstrations (Blacksmithing, Glass Blowing etc...) are required to hold a one million dollar general liability policy naming Idaho Renaissance Faire INC, and the event venue as additional insured.
If you are heating your booth with an open flame you are required to hold a one million dollar general liability policy naming Idaho Renaissance Faire INC, and the event venue as additional insured.
