Fire Performers are required to provide a one million dollar general liability policy naming Idaho Renaissance Faire INC, and Caldwell Events Center as additional insured. Additional Documents will be required.
Vendors with Fire Demonstrations (Blacksmithing, Glass Blowing etc...) are required to hold a one million dollar general liability policy naming Idaho Renaissance Faire INC, and Caldwell Events Center as additional insured.
If you are heating your booth with an open flame you are required to hold a one million dollar general liability policy naming Idaho Renaissance Faire INC, and Caldwell Events Center as additional insured.
Idaho Renaissance Faire INC is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged at our events. It would be a good idea to include a general liability policy that fits your needs naming Idaho Renaissance Faire INC, and Caldwell Events Center as additional insured.
