This year the Idaho Renaissance Faire is two weekends. You do not have to attend both weekends. Should you attend both weekends you do not have to tear down and reassemble your booth in the time in between. We will have security onsite the entire time. Pricing will be per weekend as follows.
The Following are vendors who sell non concessions items
A vendor who does not have a set space but travels throughout the faire selling items that they carry. They may have a cart, a staff, or simply carry the items on themselves. Price includes 1 pass.
This is the base price for a 10X10 popup tent or equivalent medieval canvas tent. Comes with 2 passes.
This will hold two 10X10 popup tents, or 1 10X20 popup tent, or equivalent medieval canvas tent/shade. Comes with 3 passes.
This will hold 4 10X10 popup tents, or 2 10X20 popup tents, or 1 20X20 popup tent, or equivalent medieval canvas tent. Comes with 4 passes. Fire Extinguisher required to be in space.
Start with a 10X10 and add 50 dollars for each 10X10 space added to it. The 1st 10X10 includes 2 passes, each additional 10X10 adds one pass. If an unconventional shape it must be notated in the notes and a diagram emailed to vendors@idahorenfair.org
These are who have exceptionally large spaces or have an arena wherein fights, weaponry, or carnival games are held. If there is a merch booth attached the size of the merch booth should be added from the price list above. If there is an admission fee to the arena, or a price to play the game the cost of the sq footage shall be negated and 10% of the game sales shall be charged at the end of the event instead. Notate the cost to enter the arena or play the game in the notes section of the app

This is for concessions sales, any vendor who sells food or drink that is intended to be consumed onsite is considered a concessions vendor
An Expo Idaho Food Vendor Form must be filled out and approved by Expo Idaho before your application will be accepted. Additionally, Food Sales must be recorded and 20% of all food sales must be paid to Expo Idaho after the event closes.
Additional forms may be required to be filled out depending on what is being sold (non-concessions food must still be approved by Expo Idaho).
