Historically the celebration of the coming of Spring was held on the 1st of February. While we are a week before that, this will be the theme for our SKAL event. IT WILL BE COLD! Please come dressed appropriately, and with heavy enough canvas for your tents.
Beltane Fantasy Festival, as always, is a celebration of the folklore myths, Faeries, Goblins, Elves, etc... if you can walk out your back door and find this mythological creature in your woods, it counts (Deities and overt religious entities do not). This year we are traveling to Greece. Please be prepared for muses, Nyads, Dryads, Satyrs, demigods, and other folklore of that region.
This year we move to Sicily! A direct theme for the event is forthcoming.
